" Slow check in could have done more staff on.no welcome drinks were offered just a wait. Perhaps if guest services weren’t busy they cloud go over and help out well at least one member. Room was lovely couldn’t fault the room comfy beds, hairdryer, mini bar. Well maintained grounds and were being altered by the garden team doing a great job. Pool area was big spacious two pools were clean staff were efficient in the bar and friendly did run out of cruzcampo only Heineken lager cable on our second day. A lot beds were reserved with towels but that a guest problem putting towels down then going off. The outdoor entertainment theatre was closed didn’t use the spa facilities but looked nice. Gym was well equipped. The main restaurant was big and busy had good choice of food but it depends on when you went for level of service and quality of presentation. Staff were extremely busy which led to little interaction. We went outside most times to eat after the first night our table was given away whilst going for dessert. We didn’t make a fuss just went found another table. Could do with more coffee machines didn’t help that the one outside kept breaking down. We tried to book in for one of the themed restaurants which they have a few. One restaurant was still closed and we’re told that there wasn’t any availability when went to guest reservations couldn’t request a restaurant reservation until you had a room number so earliest was 3pm so felt some facilities were taking away. "

"This is now one of our favourite hotels for so many reasons: • The level of cleanliness is outstanding. • A lot of thought has gone into exactly what is needed from a hotel and its facilities; it’s been designed very much so with the customer in mind. • The style of the hotel doesn’t sacrifice comfort. • The staff are all incredibly welcoming and friendly. • The food is delicious. • The rooftop pool and bar area is beautiful and has wonderful views. • The location is perfect - the pretty square around the corner, the nearby marina, Dalt Vila a short walk away. • The soundproof rooms make it so peaceful. We have felt very much at home during our stay - the balance of comfort, practicality and style is just perfect! "

"Lovely hotel, greeted by the friendliest staff who were very helpful during my stay. Room spacious and clean, maid came every day. Plenty of comfortable public space to chill and relax. Bar with plenty of seating offers entertainment every other night Pool terrace, relaxing seating and dining area, food delicious, well presented and affordable Decent sized pool Beautiful roof terrace with huge sofa beds Not a lot outside, but the marina and beach 10-15 minutes walk away Fresh buffet breakfast with lots to choose from. Overall very peaceful and relaxing stay "

"Couldn't have asked for a better stay. The hotel is impeccably clean, both the common area and rooms. The staff at the front desk are lovely and helpful, and the staff in the restaurant worked so hard to keep the dining room clean, to refresh food items at the buffet, and to clear plates at the tables. Their efforts honestly made it feel like a much more expensive hotel! The breakfast is great - a fantastic variety of hot and cold options. I personally appreciated that they had several types of non-dairy milk available (often you have to ask specially). Something they could do to improve would be to add labels to identify the foods on offer and, ideally, to identify allergens. The location of the hotel is really nice - fabulous view of the sea, and right on the promenade with access to several restaurants and bars. It's a short walk into the city, but Ubers are plentiful and quick if you need it."
