"Bob's place in Tallinn is great. The apartment is super clean and has all the amenities that you may need. Bob's staff were very helpful and they were always available to help. The cable TV had so many English channels, the bathroom had a heated floor, the washing machine excellent. The apartment temperature was set perfectly, and access easy to follow instructions. "We really enjoyed staying in that cute apartment. I was a bit worried to find the entrance key since we didn't have data on our phone to connect to the app or online portal but we were still able to use manually entering the codes. The only critique.. and it was strange to me... was that I couldn't find any power socket inside the bathroom to use the hair dryer, so I had to dry my hair outside of the bathroom!!!"

"This is a amazing apartment and in the most central location, literally couldn’t get any closer to the medieval centre. Amenities within the apartment was great and the added bonus of teabags and sugar was much appreciated. The only thing I would say is the check in/out process of getting the keys is a little tricky as it’s not at the actual apartment, but instructions are fairly straight forward. "

"Great location just a short walk into Tallinn Old Town. Parking available behind the apartment block - book in advance through MyApartments. The room itself was comfortable and spacious with a small kitchen and even a washing machine (the smallest one I’ve ever seen, but we still managed to wash and dry several loads of clothes over our 3N stay). We would definitely stay here again!!"

"Everything about our stay at 8ERA Apts in Tallin was great. The layout and size of the apartment was perfect for two people – including the very good sized terrace. "My wife left this hotel in one hour after check-in, as soon as she saw the room. The room was dirty, air-conditioner didn't work etc. As a result, she had to find a new accommodation in Tallinn, late in night. The hotel was paid for 5 days, but according to Expedia agent answer, the property manager refused to make a refund and Expedia didn't refund us. DON'T BOOK AND DON'T CONSIDER THIS PLACE."

"The hotel is clean, well maintained, and located very well. Unfortunately the hotel lacks of service. When I asked to leave my luggage in the storage room, the employee stared at me with his arms crossed as I put all the suitcases in the shelves.
