Le restaurant est un pur dĂ©lice : j’ai Ă©tĂ© servie comme une princesse, avec des plats savoureux et un service attentionnĂ©. L’auberge est nichĂ©e au cƓur d’un hameau en pleine nature, au sommet des montagnes, offrant des vues Ă  couper le souffle et une tranquillitĂ© absolue. Un endroit parfait pour se ressourcer. "We booked a stay for July 19th 2024. We were going to stay one night after watching the Tour de France on Isola 2000. We left early in the morning with a Eta of 11am. They closed the road at 10am 9 miles from the hotel. The tour was going to finish around 5pm. We had to turn around. It was crazy traffic. We contacted the Sowell via email through expedia and the email they sent us. It was a special situation and we would like a refund. They never answered both emails. Very disappointed.. "

"This is a great hotel in a beautiful location. The apartment was big and well equipped. The receptionist and the manager were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a problem with train reservations. They helped and did not give up until it was sorted."

"Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant and comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and having a washer and dryer on-site was a fantastic convenience that made a big difference during our trip. The staff were excellent — friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Communication was generally okay, though there’s room for improvement in clarity and responsiveness. One small issue was with the location: the address on Google Maps led us to the back of the hotel, which was a bit confusing. A heads-up or clearer directions from the hotel would have helped avoid that. Parking on the street felt safe and accessible, which was a nice bonus. Overall, a very good experience and we’d definitely consider staying again."
