No elevator......difficult to carry suitcases up 2 to 3 flights of stairs. Wish we would have seen this when searching for a place to stay. "This hotel is connected to a shopping mall and directly adjacent to the main train station. The night time environment around the city center is not the best but is ok. It is convienent with the shopping mall and connected underground parking. The room itself was comfortable and clean, the bathrooms could use some updating but all in all a convenient place to stay while on a business trip."

"The property was excellent in all ways, however the 5th floor elevator door didn't close forcing us to walk up and down to ad from the 4th floor from the 6th floor with my 83 year old mother. I hope maintenance fixes this."

"Great hotel with a download able app for doors and room access but until you're on the wifi, you need data roaming. Very clean and secure. Great location for the city market square. There's also a very relaxing coffee shop attached to the hotel. "
