Wonderful hotel near Shinagawa Station! Highly suggest. This was our first hotel in Japan and was such a perfect landing space. The staff was helpful, the room was well arranged (and roomy), overall facility was perfect for us. AND it was only a short walk to a super busy station, so it was easy to get around! Stay here - splurge on a corner room - start your trip off right like we did!

This hotel was just outstanding. Service was top drawer in every way. The street was blocked off (a complete vehicle closure to let people shop and walk in the street). The staff personally arranged for a taxi and walked us to the location for pickup with our luggage.
The location is right in the middle of a fantastic local shopping area and is very interesting. It is also a two minute walk to a large temple which was very interesting to visit.
Just an outstanding place to stay 15 minutes from the NRT airport if you have some time on an overnight stay.
