"staff were great and welcoming, however room condition wasn't that clean. there was no hot water for our room and aircon did not work on the second day."

"Mike, his wife and 2 daughters were excellent. However the place was affected by nature and there is no electricity, no wifi, no hot water. As other guests have said before, it is a long way from Lenakel, 1.5 hours driving on the dirt road which can be difficult after rain. So I won't recommend staying more than 2-3 nights mainly to see the volcano+- the Iatapu traditional dance."
