Não gostei!!!

Estava de retorno de Gramado onde parei apenas para descanso para prosseguir a viagem no dia seguinte, porém achei o quarto muito pequeno, tive que solicitar toalhas pq não tinha disponível no quarto até aí tudo bem, mas só que achei a recepção dos proprietários foi o que mais deixou a desejar, não conversaram quase nada apesar de tentar puxar assunto, não falaram nada sobre a região, ou seja, quem depende do turismo tem que saber cativar seus clientes para que voltem novamente, eu realmente se retornar voltarei a ficar na pousada vila Moema lá sim fui muito bem recebido onde a moça que nos recebeu foi muito atenciosa nos dando várias dicas sobre o local sempre muito atenciosa!!!

A pousada oferece uma boa infraestrutura e o quarto é muito bom. Com ressalva para o colchão que poderia ser melhor. Os donos são muito simpáticos e prestativos.
