Very well located so it’s very easy to walk places, big plus. Room was good. Decent size, clean and comfortable. Staff was really nice. Breakfast in general was average but served its purpose. On site parking is small but the staff takes care of parking cars so you don’t have to worry. On slight negative is the amount of stairs from the main house/parking/exit to the building with the rooms. It’s not a deal breaker but it’s slightly annoying, especially at night and with luggage. Overall, would consider this place if I return to Rosa.

O serviço do hotel deixou a desejar, não condiz com o valor cobrado. Sempre que precisa de alguém tens que percorrer um trajeto complicado, de sobe e desce de escadas, coisa que não estava explicado no anúncio do hotel, pra quem têm dificuldade de locomoção, não recomendo ir lá. O proprietário foi bem grosseiro ao bater na porta do quarto sem motivos.. avisamos que iríamos receber um casal de amigos, esse era o motivo da viagem. E para, não atrapalhar os outros hóspedes fomos até o quarto, já que os nossos amigos tem um filho “especial” não queríamos atrapalhar os demais, o proprietário foi até o quarto cobrando como se estivéssemos hospepedando outras pessoas…. Muito rude, grosseiro.

Ótima localização e equipe muito atenciosa

Acho que os principais diferenciais da pousada são: a localização (pois o hotel está super próxima ao centrinho, com fácil acesso ao comércio e restaurante), a limpeza do do quarto, pois mesmo estando dentro de um hotel com conceito estrutural rústico dentro da natureza, é visível a limpeza e o cuidado com os detalhes e a equipe do hotel que é muito gentil e atenciosa.

Inflexibilidade da pousada com data hospedagem

A Pousada fica em meio a natureza, lugar bonito, destaque para o atendimento da Venezuelana do café e o Fabricio da recepção. Porém não gostamos do atendimento do Demian (proprietário) que não foi flexível com nosso pedido de adiarmos a hospedagem para até 1 ano, deixando-a paga, visto a inundação chuvas intensas nas estradas de SC dia 29-11. Pegamos chuvas e mau tempo, não aproveitamos a praia, a pousada tem muitas escadas para subir e descer e ficou difícil e perigoso com as chuvas.

Decepcionante!!!!

Quero realmente acreditar que tivemos azar, pois as avaliações na sua maioria são boas. Na semana da viagem quebrei o pé, liguei perguntando sobre acessibilidade e me informaram que era bem tranquilo. Chegamos na pousada perto da meia noite, chovia, fui surpreendida com 3 lances de escada para descer e mais 1 pra subir, no escuro, na chuva, com mala…. ou seja, acessibilidade zero! Pulando numa escada molhada no meio da noite chegamos ao quarto. Ao chegarmos nos deparamos com chuveiro frio e um split com barulho enlouquecedor. Nossos quase 3 dias na pousada foram de banho frio (primeiro disseram que era falta de pressão da água, depois problema no aquecimento, depois excesso de uso) , a causa não importa, mas ficamos 3 dias tomando banho frio, sem conseguir ligar o ar condicionado do pq o barulho era horrível e na última noite ainda tivemos goteira no quarto e no banheiro durante uma chuvarada. Interrompemos nossas férias e fomos embora no 3 dia. Espero que tenhamos apenas tipo azar, mas minha opinião é que faltou muito para ser bom!

Choveu bastante quando estávamos lá mas conseguimos aproveitar bastante A pousada é ótima, café da manhã muuito bom, fica bem perto do centrinho então fomos a pé jantar com chuva e foi super tranquilo, não é tão perto da praia mas tem transporte da própria pousada

Hotel lindo

O hotel é incrível! Tudo muito lindo, limpo e confortável. Ambiente rústico, com árvores em volta, piscina linda, banheira de hidromassagem, café da manhã show. O único ponto negativo foi a internet lenta, mas que não prejudicou em nada a experiência. Enfim só tenho elogios ao hotel!

Incrível! Amei a pousada. Do lado do centrinho e uns 700 metros da praia. Achei ótima a localização. A piscina tb é muito boa. O café da manhã é bom e o quarto super aconchegante. Amei tudo e já quero voltar!

Experiência incrível. A pousada é muito próxima ao Rosa Sul. Apenas caminhamos por uns 15 minutos a pé. Parece muito, mas a praia do rosa possui essa característica. A pousada foi excelente, limpeza, decoração, arrumação do quarto, ofurô.

A pousada está numa encosta, havendo muita dificuldade de se locomover da recepção para os apartamentos. O café da manhã é razoável. A limpeza deixa um pouco a desejar. O chuveiro e as roupas de cama são ótimos.
