Já havia estado em um hotel da franquia ibis. Porém, no de imperatriz foi a primeira vez. O ambiente é muito agradável, quarto limpo e confortável, comida boa. Além disso, sobre o atendentes não tenho nada a reclamar.

Já fomos em outro momento nesse hotel e foi muito bom. Nessa viagem achamos que o quarto está com pouca manutenção. O frigobar estava so gelo. Meu esposo fez a retirada para podermos usar. O banheiro com cabelo na área de banho, como se nao tivesse sido limpo de um hóspede para outro. O café da manhã bem simples com poucas opções. Mas para passar uma noite atendeu nossa necessidade. Tem garagem e manobrista, o que é legal. E os atendentes são ótimos. Mas os quartos precisam retomar a qualidade.

Razoável. Parece que precisa de reforma, pintura. Paredes manchadas. Cheiro de esgoto na garagem e no andar que fiquei (décimo). Já o café da manhã, apesar de simples e com poucas opções, estava excelente.
