"Overall we had a lovely stay despite some issues we faced, in summary they could be a bit more organised. From confusion at check in about a half/full board deal that was offered to us prior to arrival, (heads up they are NOT as good as they make out) and then hide the deal after so you cant refer back to it which left me feeling annoyed as it was like “have you got proof?” If not then this is the price! We had to change rooms mid stay due to an extremely bad smell in the room, They ran out of plates and food mid way through breakfast and dinner most days and the tables weren’t laid properly simple things like salt&pepper! Another example was they put a note through our door inviting us to a beach bar party on the evening and then we got there and had no where to sit as apparently you had to prebook a spot, so had one drink and left! The hotel is in a beautiful spot but they definitely could do better! The day staff around the pool were great like Brahim who couldn’t do enough for us and all the guests. A bit more attention to detail and this could be a 10/10."

"The villa was convenient and spacious, they had daily housekeeping and the private pool made it that extra relaxing. All amenities were fully stocked and water bottles were provided by the case. Amazing staff and so friendly. Loved our stay."

"Read my whole review I have done a full YouTube video of this hotel as well as vlogged it for my YouTube channels TipsNNTricks and BensbergFilms with that said let's jump right into the review. I booked this with Expedia in the United States before I came and got a killer rate for two nights I definitely wish I would have stayed longer but wanted to spend some time in Tagazout as well. But in the perfect world I would next time I return I could easily do one week plus here because of how nice it is. A part of me wanted to venture out and see all the sights but a big part of me just wanted to chill and enjoy the hotel grounds because of how nice they are. Upon checking in the gal at the front desk was very friendly there was a slight mistake with the booking room which I showed her the confirmation of a ocean view room so she fixed that and praise the Lord there was the room that I originally booked open or that would have been a blunder that was the only negative thing during my stay but it was fixed quickly and I'm very grateful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable the shower was nice and hot with good water pressure. They have water in the room complementary as well as a Coke, Sprite, snacks and chips and espresso pods for free. The room has a Marshall speaker. The balcony was beautiful and a beautiful view of the ocean all the way down to Tagazout. The breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I've seen regarding healthy options The gym is the best hotel gym."

"Excellent Hôtel "

"We were delighted with this hotel. From check in to check out we received the best attention and service from every member of staff we encountered. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Zac gave us a garden view room which was away from the pool area and very peaceful and quiet. The adult pool area was perfect. Overlooking the ocean and away from the main family pool it had waiter service from the restaurant bar and a lovely restaurant for lunch. The pool guys were attentive, brining extra towels and cushions and positioning the umberllas for us throughout the day. We also enjoyed the beach bar and restarant just across the path from the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the lovely staff. "

"The rooms are huge and comfortable, though they are a bit dated and need a refurb. The food was what let us down. It’s really not great and not much Option. Also not much to do near the hotel it’s secluded. Surf lessons were good but the waves aren’t great in this area."

"Staff was really nice, hotel was accessible and clean. Food wasn’t great besides the Moroccan restaurant which wasn’t included in the half board. The main issue seemed to be the communication amongst the staff, we were told a lot of different things by different people, super inconsistent. This wasn’t anyone’s fault, again, staff was lovely, spa was great, but there were lots of little things, missing towels in room often, the bar not serving cocktails when more than a few people are in there, etc. Not a 5 star hotel at all but it wasn’t bad, won’t be staying here again though. "
