"Check in was a good, nice professional guy. There is an overwhelming smell of air freshener in the lobby and stairs. They have a diffuser running with such a strong smell it hits you in the throat. Heating was on too so the place was stuffy."

It was clearly amazing in its day - lovely staircases and stained glass. Bar and food were superb but dining was a bit chaotic. ..."
