If you want service, this is not the place to visit. I am not even saying great service, I am saying if you are the type that would like someone to respond when you tell them hello, don’t go here.
Rooms are nice and clean. Food options are limited, and not good. Perch was horrible service and food. Paranza was better, it ruined it a little that they try to lead you to believe there is no tip auto included. Just a shady environment, all around. Housekeeping tried to enter our room on 2 different occasions with us inside and do not disturb light turned on. Would not recommend
