"I stayed at this hotel for one night and had a very pleasant experience overall. The front desk staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Because my flight was delayed and I didn’t arrive at the airport until around 9:00 p.m., they patiently explained how to find the shuttle and kindly sent the shuttle bus to pick me up. I really appreciated their understanding and excellent customer service after such a long day of travel. The room was excellent — very clean, comfortable, and bright in the morning. The breakfast was more than I expected, with a wonderful variety of fresh fruit, cereal, and baked goods. There was something for everyone, and everything was very enjoyable. The only difficulty was the stairs and the distance between the front desk and the actual room in the separate building. With luggage, going back and forth was not very convenient. Overall, I had a very good stay and would especially like to thank the front desk staff for their kindness and assistance. I would happily stay here again."

"This property, once outstanding, now shows signs of wear and would benefit from targeted maintenance. The staff remains exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout the stay. Guest rooms are spacious and furnished in a classic style; however, the carpets require more thorough cleaning, and the air-conditioning units need better calibration to cope effectively with summer heat. Several minor, easily addressable issues currently prevent this hotel from delivering an excellent overall experience. With modest improvements, the property could readily return to its former high standard."

"You can’t ask for a better location to stay. It’s central to the river, metro and trams and also nearby a street with lots of restaurants. We found the staff incredibly polite and helpful and would definitely stay here again."

"The breakfast was so standard, extremely underwhelming for such a nice hotel chain and for such a nice breakfast location. The hotel staff were somewhat inconsiderate, knocking loudly at 9am for cleaning, disregarding the fact that people may be asleep at this time. They were also extremely stingy with the shower gel and things like toilet rolls. These are basics, and for a 5 star hotel this is very substandard and will not be booking here again. This is a hyped hotel. Not worth it. I'd recommend booking elsewhere."
