Very clean and laid back place with an amazing view. It is in the wilderness but we have all the modern day comforts. There is very little light pollution and we just stared at the sky for the stars.

Stayed in the aurora bubble. It’s a tiny space but laying on the bed and looking up at the open sky is quite an experience. Bed is comfortable, room is clean, no wifi and no TV. There’s a small sauna inside the bathroom, always nice to have. Standing shower is powerful; However hot water is limited so for those who take a shower longer than 10 minutes be prepared for an icy bath. Would recommend it just for the experience.

Good hotel with decent breakfast option. Dinner options are good as well. The hotel story is really interesting. They have those old radios inside the room, not working though.
Should try the private sauna.
If you're taking bus to ivalo or rovaniemi they can drop or pick you up from the hotel.

The apartment was clean and have good amenities. The fireplace was great fun and kept the apartment warm. There is a barbecue but we didn’t use it as it was too cold on the balcony. The sauna was also great especially after a day of snowboarding.
There are good restaurants within 15 minutes walking distance and the K Supermarket is also nearby.
Another thing to note is the store of firewood in the firewood store downstairs. We can have a fire every evening.
