Hotels.com fails
"Was scheduled for 5 days but had an urgent change so left 2 days early with 24 hours notice. Told us Hotels.com would refund but when we called Hotels.com, they said they couldn’t and had to contact the hotel. The Hotels then said the facility said no refund. Classic shell game BS. Will NOT use Hotels.com ..."
