The owner and employees here are AMAZING! We felt right at home for the week we were there. The breakfast that is included has plenty of options and is abundantly stocked. The rooms are nice and the water pressure is great, too. We definitely recommend this location to anyone traveling to or through Parsons, Kansas! We have family in town and will make this our home away from home. Thank-you for a wonderful stay!

Express Inn is awesome! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the continental breakfast that was included. It was just as nice as more expensive hotels we have stayed in, but for a much more reasonable price. We would definitely stay here again!

For the first time ever in my life I slept on a hotel bed that was actually very comfortable. So comfortable that I woke up after 61/2 hours completely rested. I also found the staff to be friendly and I appreciated the phone call to confirm my reservation and to make sure I had the best accommodations for me personally. The breakfast was also quite adequate and much appreciated.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Express Inn in Parsons, KS, while my grandpa was in transition to a nursing home. The kindness and compassion shown by the staff and owner truly went above and beyond anything we expected. They were incredibly accommodating, allowing a late check-out so he could rest longer, and even brought him food from breakfast since he's on hospice care and not very mobile. What meant the most to us was how often they checked on him, always making sure he was comfortable and cared for. It's rare to find a place where people treat guests like family, but that’s exactly what we experienced here. We're so grateful for everything they did during such a difficult time. Highly recommend.

We traveled to Parsons for a memorial for someone passed. The hotel staff was very friendly and caring, very professional. Enjoyed our stay and would use them again when passing through Parsons.

Horrible check in experience. The owner had me pay $10 extra for an infant. They questioned everyone who was staying in the room. Then the owner told me three times and had me sign twice no smoking or pets when I already told him I didn’t smoke nor did I have pets.

We had a great stay. We had 2 queen beds and plenty of room for our large luggage to be opened and left open. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The desk folks were very friendly. We would stay there again.

Pleasant overnight trip!

Was in Parsons for an overnight stay and decided to book with Express Inn due to the sites great review. I was pleasantly surprised with the recently remolded rooms and how clean the whole place was. Wish the mattress was a little softer, but still not bad. I will definitely book with this hotel again.
