"The room was nice. The staff at checkin however was not friendly nor professional. We also were not aware we had to pay extra for parking in the hotel parking lot. Was not overly impressed. "

"The location is perfect, the areas were clean, but the front desk staff was terrible. They gave us access to a room that was already occupied; that's extremely dangerous. Anyone with a gun would defend themselves."

"We’re a family of four - two adults, two kids aged 6 and 8. We stayed here two years ago for one night and came back for another night last week, both times after disembarking from a cruise. The ocean view queen suite was great both times. Lots of room to spread out and lovely to watch the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony. Kids love the lazy river and we enjoyed the live music and having the restaurant bring out our food to the pool area - definitely convenient. Some staff wasn’t as happy/friendly this time but overall a good stay. "
