"Neat rooms, very nice location ( close to malathi manipal hospital, as I came for medical treatment), very courteous staff, very good food and most importantly, very reasonable price. One of the best hotels I have stayed in for the price I paid. Worth the penny."

"Horrible stay. The shower was not working. Was not getting hot water also. Complained but nothing was done. They offered to change the room but it was too much trouble for me. Also on the last night; AC was not working. There was no cooling. I hardly slept. "

"Absolutely the worst property I’ve ever stayed at. The place was in terrible condition—there was a dead lizard in the room, the iron box was broken, the Wi-Fi never worked, and the wash basin had plumbing issues. The linen and bedding were dirty, and the towels were unhygienic. The property seemed to be run by a group of amateurs—I never even saw a proper manager during my stay. I wouldn’t give it even a single star. Strongly recommend avoiding this place."
