The Bar Harbor Manor was a lovely place to stay. We went off season so it was very quiet and easy to park in the downtown area. However you can walk downtown. The Inn on Mount Desert
beautiful room and property. nice staff. could not get heat in room regulated...way too hot. fortunately window opened and was fine. good breakfast and was nice selection

Hinckleys Dreamwood Cottages
We were lucky to find this last minute accommodation. We were traveling and it was late at night. Dreamwood had one cottage available and it was perfect. It was clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend dreamwood cottages.
