I stayed in 2 different rooms of very different quality due to my first room, #144, being very loud because it is literally right by the bar--I could reach my hand out my room door and the bartender could hand me a drink--that's how close I was to the bar. I paid for an upgrade and moved to a suite on the 3rd floor with a balcony over the water. In both rooms, the furnishings and flooring need updating due to heavy use. The entire property is heavily used, needs updating, and most of all, needs an intense deep clean. After all fees, taxes, and other charges were accounted for, this property was not at all one of the more affordable options in the area it advertises itself as."
