"Room was clean. Breakfast does not provide much other than cereal, waffles and bread items. Suggest the property invest in washcloths other towels where good."

"The effort to show a clean and well maintained room is worth noting however, when closely examined, the room I was occupying had rusty areas on the hangers and closet rod. Signs of possible mildew issues. Also the holder for the iron was filled with old spider webs"

Phone in room not working, had to walk to front desk about TV issue and staff stated they'd have manager contact me the next day regarding issues. No contact received from management and no discounts or offers given to make up for the non working items that were paid for in the suite I paid for."
