"It was very hard to get a hold of a real person at this property for starters. Most of the rooms did not have closets, they just had a hanging rack in the room right by the front door. Pool side food service took a really long time to get your food (over an hour after ordered) and one dish came 3 hours after order was placed. Kitchen can’t keep up with the amount of people at the resort. Not enough restaurants at the resort to keep up with the number of guests at the resort and restaurants they do have are very small. The water slides and lazy river are very good and are the big draw now for this resort. It has really become a very family oriented hotel. Had Mothers Day brunch reservations for a large group and they sat us outside in the 100 degree heat with babies and toddlers with no fans or spritzers. I wish they would have told us that they couldn’t accommodate our group inside at the time of the reservation, we would have gone somewhere else."

"We’ve stayed at this hotel twice before and always had great experiences, which made this visit especially disappointing. We checked in for a two-night stay over Memorial Day weekend and immediately ran into issues with our room. The toilet had plumbing problems that required multiple delayed maintenance visits to resolve. Despite the issue, we were never offered a room change, and at check-in we were told the hotel was overbooked. Hallways were also lined with room service trays, towels, and trash overnight and into the following day. The biggest issue was the pool. It was clearly understaffed, with no one maintaining the area throughout the day — food waste, towels, garbage, diapers, toys, and floaties were left everywhere. The DJ was playing loud wedding-style pop music with excessive bass at noon on a Saturday at a family pool. I enjoy good pool music and atmosphere — I’m an event producer — but this was completely inappropriate for the setting. Guests were visibly intoxicated despite limited bar service, chairs were constantly being fought over, and the food menu had been reduced to three items: a hot dog, burger, and veggie tacos. I ordered a hot dog, and it arrived cold. Overall, the property felt overwhelmed, understaffed, and poorly managed compared to our previous stays. We decided to check out early after day 2 started off in a similar fashion to day 1 at the pool. We requested a refund for the second night - Will not be returning."

"The staff was friendly, and very accommodating.....but will not stay here again. Came to celebrate my granddaughters & daughters birthday on Memorial Weekend and the bar at the pool was only open on Saturday & Sunday. No pool service on Friday or Memorial Day on Monday, no music, just flat out boring!!! The bar inside was closed. I was extremely disappointed!"
