Nice, Clean Hotel

The hotel was great - clean and simple, which is just what we needed. The front desk staff were not super attentive, but other than that, our stay was excellent.

Overnight getaway

We needed a place to stay for a nearby concert. We always choose a Hampton Inn because you know it will be clean and comfortable. The room and lobby were very clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

good location- short distance to the venue. the staff was very friendly and accomodating. the Gentleman that was at the front desk when we arrived on 7/22 was terrific!

Great stay

This hotel is very clean, in a great safe area. We travel a lot and i even said this place was better then most of our trips via timeshare places we get! This next statement if for hotel in general WHY dont they put hand held shower heads on so much easier for guests and to clean the showers !

stay was very good...i spent the weekend to visit my daughter at iup...had no complaints bed was comfy,room clean and a nice breakfast..will stay there again when i come to visit..

This was the second year in a row that I stayed at this property to attend a family reunion in the area. All common areas were clean as was the room. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Had no complaints and will be happy to stay there again.

It was a very average hotel. Good place to use as a base to explore the area. We could hear the room above us but the hotel can’t control the neighbors. Breakfast was very good. Really no complaints.

This hotel is renovated and kept neat and clean, inside and out. Plenty of parking close to entrances. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Our room and bedding was clean. We did have an issue with the hair dryer burning and smoking, and the handle on our toilet was broken. The front desk attendant was a little gruff in manner but not rude or uncaring either. Overall, our stay was pleasant, and we would stay there agaon.

All the computers were down and the gentlemen on duty had to take all people who checked in to their rooms. He had a lot to do but was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole ordeal. The same thing happened the next morning and we had the same gentlemen. Again, very helpful and pleasant for all he had to do.

Waited 45 minutes to get our room They said they upgraded us but I didn’t think so. Room was clean but very noisy. Best part of stay was breakfast the lady who took care of it was friendly and efficient

Felt very unsafe and uncomfortable

My only problem but a very disturbing problem was i checked in and was in my room and after just a few minutes a stranger opened my door with a key and came into my room. Its very dangerous gor this to happen and should be taken seriously. Let me say it was not at all busy or crowded that the very next person checked in after me was given the same room as me. And i went to the front desk and asked why someone was given keys to my room and was told it was the computers fault. I dont feel thats an acceptable answer and not very concerned for my safety. That is very dangerous. This day that its brushed off as a computer mistake is very unacceptable to me. A stranger was given my room key and walked into the room that i paid alot of money for and i felt very unsafe. You had to realize you just gave the person right after me the same room number and keys. I had to ask if the room keys were returned but i shouldnt have had to ask that . I felt very uncomfortable the entire time. It obviously was not busy was not sold out. How does this even happen and be so unconcerned for me. I have stayed here before but i dont think i should risk my safety. There should have been someone reach out to me and it did not happen.
