No frills hotel. Wish the breakfast was a little better, but not a biggie for us. Sam's Club right behind the hotel so that's convenient, and there's a nice Mexican restaurant next store that was good as well. All in all, would stay there again.

Many of these types of hotels are very similiar. The difference at Microtel was their staff. Oh my goodness, what great people! Joe, who is my personal favorite, bothered to get to know people, is quick to smile and will do the extra to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Joe, thank you for being you and we will be back to visit you and enjoy another stay.

Small room - hence the name - but adequate for an overnight stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. The area is a bit rundown but seemed entirely safe.

Arrived late , so very little interaction with staff other than front desk. He was courteous. When I told him it was just me, he game me a 1bed but nice suite attached Clean accommodations Left early on free shuttle to airport.

Spent one night here, on the top floor and it was darn near perfect! Clean room, bed comfortable. TV, microwave, refrigerator, and all other appliances in good condition and working. Staff, professional, courteous and friendly. I felt safe and secure. Would definitely stay here again, when in the area. I did occasionally hear noise from the street and noise in the hall. However, it didn’t disturb me much. My only wish is that there were dimmer lights so that I can keep the light on and it not be as bright. That is a wish not a complaint.

Great and friendly staff but it blows my mind that this Is rated nearly 4 stars. It’s several years passed a much needed remodel. It’s in poor condition. It’s also fairly dirty and ill kept. It’s worn out. Motel 6 would be a step up.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and there's a free shuttle to and from the airport, about a 10 minute ride. This is not a luxury or top of the line hotel, but that's to be expected for the price. In fact, I'd say it's a great value and a reliable, clean place to stay, especially compared to other hotels near the airport.
