Room 219 was very loud because of the elevator. It sounds like a thunderstorm when in use. It was very obnoxious and caused us not to rest at all. If you’re going to continue renting this room out, I think that you need to service the elevator.

Nice People...will return

Room had been remodeled but furniture was old. Mattress was new and comfy. Ice machines did not work but when I mentioned to the front desk they went to the "closed" bistro and brought me out a big bag of ice and asked if I needed more. We did not have a breakfast included but seemed they usually might with the area by the bistro. Location was great. Overall would come back again

I was booked for a bed and a pullout, but was put in a room that had just a Queen. I was told the room was all they had and I had paid for it prior to arrival. Because of the time there was no recourse nor any renumeration

The pool was not in working condition and the breakfast did not come by 7am. I was not informed that the pool wouldn't be working. I was informed by staff that the breakfast would arrive by 6:30am. I had to leave by 7am and therefore did not get to eat breakfast before a full day of work.

Room was very sparse. One desk chair. No side chair or couch. No wastebasket in bathroom. Only 1 towel hook and no towel racks. Had to dry additional towels across the back of the desk chair. Sink stopper didn't work. Was fixed but immediately broke again. Basically a room that you would expect at a Motel 6, not a Marriott. Won't be coming back here -- ever.
