The hotel was great! Breakfast was good, rooms were a nice size and very clean. The only issue I had was the elevators broke while I was there. This was not helpful and I think they should have offered money off because of this.

I’m embarrassed to say I’ve stayed here. Filthy rooms, no hot water, smells bad, awful bed. The elevator doesn’t work, won’t work, hasn’t been working, the staff lies about everything. Trust all the negative reviews you’ve been reading.

The manager Stephanie was rude, the shower was broken and unusable, the curtain was broken and wouldn’t close, the bathroom smelled like urine, it was awful! I will NEVER return there or recommend anyone to go there. I was told because I booked through Expedia she could do nothing and couldn’t change my room.

Outdated hotel, elevator not working. Room was not really “hotel” clean, random hairs in the shower, on the floors, etc. Towels did not smell clean. Damaged black out curtains. Shower floor was slimy. Bad enough that I was going to extend my stay as I’m here for a family emergency, but decided to move to another property. Would not recommend.

Breakfast on Wednesday was almost non-existent as many food items were not restocked at 9:00 am. This seemed to be a recurring theme throughout our stay. Also, the main elevator in the lobby area was out of order during our stay. Only the service elevator was available and that broke too leaving us having to carry our luggage down the 3 flights of stairs on checkout. The room was only serviced every other day and I’m sure all housekeeping did was make the bed and empty the trash cans. Unimpressive and lackluster would be a good description pf our stay.
