The staff was pleasant and the room was clean. The hotel needs several upgrades as the room furnishings and the carpet were old, the room had a slight stale odor, and the elevator required you to press the door open button for it to open when it got to the desired floor.

The first room we were assigned to was beautiful. End of the hall and quiet...however there was a horrible smell at the entrance of the room. We turned the bathroom exhaust fan on and air then left for dinner hoping the smell would be gone when we returned. Their on-site restaurant has good food and service. We eat there everytime we stay at this hotel...definitely a plus after a long drive having good food on site. The front desk offered us another room right away which was clean and with a recently remodeled nice warm shower. Will definitely stay there again. No idea what that smell was, hopefully they can get that taken care of. We will definitely stay there again. Everyone is very nice.

We were greeted when we first walked in the door such an awesome staff from the front to the kitchen to time we left. The service was just on point. We didn’t do any bar because we’re not drinkers. It was awesome an awesome stay.

The property is very clean and the staff were so very friendly. 5 stars for that for sure. My only negative comment is the smell of the lobby and restaurant. It appears that the hood fan in the kitchen needs servicing as the small of cooking grease was over powering when you walked in. Also having the door open to the kitchen and view me from the lobby was a bit odd. The fitness center also didn’t have any bottles or wipes to clean the machines with. The space was clean but it would have been nice to be able to clean equipment before and after use. Cheers

We were there for 5 days and breakfast was never ready by 7 am. Actually was 7:15 to 7:30. Breakfast never varied but was good and hot. When asked for service for maintenance to bathroom was prompt. Staff were pleasant.
