"I had mistakenly booked the wrong location. It was an emergency trip. I needed to be by the hospital in Indianapolis. Under stress, I booked the Drury in Carmel instead of Indpls. They refuse to refund me. I actually booked the correct one on my own, and they still will not issue a refund. Hotels.com blames Drury, and Drury blames Hotels.com. In the meantime, I got charged and no refund. Disgusting.. Do not use the site! book direct!"

"Overall, it felt dirty. There isn't proper drainage on the pool deck; a mother and her newborn slipped and almost fell. There was a booger on the wall in our room's bathroom and the woman who checked us in was not professional. She was acting very playful with her coworker and was more engaged in play than checking us in. The hotel had an odd aroma as well. Perhaps it's the cleaning products.
The bathrooms in the pool area were very well-maintained, and a maintenance man asked me if I needed assistance as he thought I looked lost. My boyfriend appreciated the sports playing on the projector as we rode the elevator. "
