Highly recommend this place. The parking lot was adequate and secure. The checkin process was easy and wuick. The room was so comfy and clean. There were no odors, all necessities were provided. It was very spacious. The water pressure was great. The heating and ac worked properly. Beds were clean and very comfortable. We used the laundry facility and had no issues. Breakfast was very good. A wide selection to choose from and everything was set up easily to obtain. The housekeeping was spot on. Staff at front desk was very friendly and helpful. This was definitely a good place to stay and will stay again when in the area.

Was in town for a cheer Competition. Stayed here because the reviews were good. I got to the Hotel late after the competition sat down and ate dinner as I was eating we notice several roaches. Went to the desk and talked to a really nice Girl who got us moved to a new room. The customer service was fantastic. The Room cost me $250.00 and did not expect to see bugs. Probably will not stay here again.

Good Place to stay for extended periods

I’m not going to lie, I was not sure what to expect based on the mixed reviews. However, I have been pleased with my stay and have booked for multiple stays now when I travel into town for work. The rooms with a FULL kitchen are wonderful and it is really nice to have a gym with the essentials. Sometimes the hallway can have an odor but I have never had an issue with my room. Staff is also very friendly and helpful.

All was ok, except the housekeeping staff. I always recognize housekeeping staff work and I appreciate their good work. But really, this time was a pain. Knocking 5 times to the door between 8 am and 11 am seems too much to me. One male worker even used his key to enter the room without knocking, then apologized. Another worker knocked while I was in the shower and tried to enter (I used the lock that time). If it's a strategy from management to ensure hosts check out before 12 pm, please change it. At least, I learned that I should always post the "Do not disturb" tag on my hotel room door
