At Home Inn
This room was so bad we only stayed one of the four nights we paid for and it was non-refundable. We didn’t have extra money but had no choice but to find lodging elsewhere. We are still waiting to see if there will be an additional refund as promised from the front desk. TBD… We had to wipe down ...

Terrible checkin service and customer service through your the stay. Towels were old and weathered.

Vistana Beach Club
When I booked the room it said I would be getting a beach front ,corner room. Instead I was put back in the second building , no beach front, room right outside of the air conditioning units. I will be taking my business else where. Felt like I was scammed
