Angel was very helpful and quick to get me checked in. The room is wonderful, spacious, clean. We’re very happy staying at all the Hampton Inns we’ve booked and will continue to use this awesome hotel.

Only one serious safety issue. I went out the back door to check on my truck and noticed lots of sticker burrs on the floor. These are nasty buggers stick to anything and especially bare feet. Painful! I informed the young women at the front desk and she said ( sorry won’t get cleaned up because no house keeping staff on duty till later) this shows a major lack of concern for her guests. She doesn’t belong in the hospitality business.

Pool/spa well maintained. Excellent exercise room. The hot Breakfast food was terrible. Toilet seat was loose. A/C was not working but was fixed. No toilet paper in lobby restroom. Just overall was not being managed as well as some Hampton Inns I’ve stayed in.

The property seemed newly refurbished & we enjoyed our stay. The hotel was easy to find, right off the interstate. It is conveniently located in close proximity (about 30 minutes) to the south entrance of Joshua Tree. As we were leaving, we discovered several nearby gas stations and also noticed there is a Walmart nearby (within half a mile, on the same road). Check-in was seamless; staff was courteous, even providing us with a list of nearby restaurants to choose from. The room was immaculate and well-appointed. The shower was a large walk-in and the water pressure was great. We appreciated the restroom sliding door - as opposed to the hinged-type doors - as it helped us reduce the need to try and squeeze past each other in the hallway (can not say the same about the previous hotel we stayed in). There was lots of storage space in the room, an automatic nightlight that came on in the restroom, and the room was fairly quiet for being so close to the interstate. The bed and pillows were comfortable and clean. Thee breakfast options were on-par, if not slightly better, to other hotel breakfast buffets (including eggs, meat, toast/bread selection, muffins, oatmeal, fresh fruits, cereal, and a waffle station with fixins). We will definitely stay here again when we make it back to the area.

Enjoyable stay. The hotel has a more modern look, which we liked. Seemed clean and well taken care of. Breakfast was good but no milk alternatives like oat milk and/or almond milk were offered. Would have made a good breakfast even better.

My father left a large bag of toiletries. We called about 2 hours later and were told “no one turned it in.” They said they would let us know if they “found” it. So either 1) they were too lazy to check 2) they were too lazy to turn it in or 3) they stole them. Regardless of which one it is, all of them reflect poorly on the brand.
