"The staff is super friendly! The rooms were large and beds comfortable. We were unaware that the restaurant and bar and pool and hot tub would be closed due to the high school prom; however, we received a reduced rate. And the kids attending the prom were very respectful! "

"I wish I could leave a positive review. I was there for a two night stay on a business trip. First night and first room, bathtub had hair in it and the used bar of soap was still there. Tried to sleep but the HVAC unit squealed and made a horrible noise every time it came on. Turned it off and couldn't sleep because room was stuffy. Night two, room had another squeaky fan and ants. Called front desk to inform them of the ants, 20 minutes later, showed up to hand me a can of spray. Didn't want to come look for themselves. Told her they were in the bed too and asked to be moved. Second night was pretty sleepless again due to squeaky heating unit. Bonus was the guy going up and down the halls banging on doors trying to find someone. I heard him go to the desk three times to get assistance but no one there Breakfast bar was very limited. Different from the day before. I went fairly early so not sure if it just ran out or they didn't have it to start with. Mini waffles, B&G and cereal "

"Staff was very helpful! Price was cheap however the room smelled like someone had been chain smoking in it even though the complex says no smoking in units! Also people were being very noisy in the middle of the night. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone unless you just don’t have the money"

"Overall a nice place to stay. 1st night toilet in original room did not work. Employees transferred us to another room quickly. Thank you for that. The 2nd room the water pressure in shower was very low, refrigerator did not work, and the TV kept disconnecting from shows. All the negative was no biggie. Just wanted to give review for improvement. Again overall very nice staff and convenience of stores and restaurants around made up for other stuff needing improvement."
