I received clear communication in the run up to booking, but different checking in and out times to those on hotels.com!?! "Generally good, clean & well equipped. We did have problems with the shower which would only maintain temperature for approx 1 min & then would turn freezing cold. The only way to reset it was to turn it off & back on again for another 1 minute warm shower. Otherwise a nice property with comfy sofas & good value for money. "

"I have to be honest it’s not overlooking the cathedral it doesn’t come to standard with apartments rented before Shower and Bath luke warm for a bath you need to get pans of hot water from kitchen sink to heat up Cleanliness yes excellent bulbs missing in bathroom and nothing in bedroom except lamps Smallest TV I have ever seen no access to Netflix etc Also Travelnest are terrible only open Monday to Friday 9 till 5 pm please avoid "
