"We stayed on the coldest week of November when snow was falling and outside temperatures were below 0°c, the landlord controls the heating via an app in the office, we complained over half a dozen times and it was Wednesday before they turned it on, we were sat watching telly in our jumpers, coats and hats. And they still turned it off again in the morning before the flat warmed up. We also bought food to cook in the oven, which doesn't work, again reported it and acknowledged by them, but no...

"Room was excellent with a huge bed, breakfast was a little busy on occasions but staffwork very hard and everything worked fine, would like to say Zoe on the front desk and Kamila who runs the breakfast restaurant were absolutely fantastic people ,every hotel would be lucky to have people like these. "I love this hotel, this is my third stay, first time with the family. The hotel overall is gorgeous in beautiful surroundings. The restaurant was lovely as was the food and the cocktails and the service was impeccable. The room was a family room and was huge! No falling over each other loads of space, plus an added touch the fan was already running when we got there as it was a warm day, thank you. Tiny issue with team doors banging in the morning (not unreasonable time but nonetheless) but this will not stop booking another visit at all. "

"I was at a festival up the road and this hotel was near by and reasonably priced. The breakfast was extra and that was a good price. Excellent priced at £12.50 and very good with a great selection. Very clean and the staff were very friendly. Check-in and out very simple. Wished I had time for the facility’s So good I might book it again end of month."
