"Check-In staff wasn't as knowledgeable as check out staff. Breakfast was good. Property was clean. The building is old and requires some upgrades and fixtures were falling off the walls. Despite a few issues my family still enjoyed our stay."

"The staff at this particular hotel were very, very friendly and helpful. It was March break and the lady that was looking after the kids program was exceptional. We enjoyed our stay."

"Barrie Ontario is a snow town, and that's fine, but when you have a hotel in this town and you get alot of snow, then you should remove it...this hotel had massive snow piles that took up a 1/4 of their parking, their wasn't enough room for paying customers to park, they had to park in neighbouring companies and hope they didn't get a ticket."
