Hilton Garden Inn Richmond Innsbrook
The room was shabby. The elevator wasn't working. The tub had rust stain or hard water stains in it. There was a broken table in there. It wasn't what I expected for a 5 star hotel. I was disappointed.

Stayed for one night while passing through. Stayed here in 2023 & loved It, however this time around was a completely different experience.
