Excellent location, excellent apartment! Only complaint would be I didn’t know where to park and didn’t know checkin was in a different building. It would have been nice to know this prior to securing the room.

Very accessible and comfortable apartment for stay

We stayed 4 nights. The apartment is very well located, easier for us to enjoy the most from the city. Within walk distance to major tourist destinations and also public transport. We need to check-in at other hotel, which is a few minutes walk, and to access the apartment you need to go through a cafe, which is very unusual, but the people were very friendly, and after a while, it does not feel strange anymore. We happy with the apartment and definitely would stay there again.

The apartment was very spacious and in an excellent location right in the centre of the Altstadt. The only minor issue is that it can be a little noisy in the evenings and again first thing in the morning when the beer delivery trucks arrive. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was very nice and the kitchen was well equipped. Our family of 4 had a very comfortable stay.

Zero information on how to check in to the property (not at the apartment location), zero response to messages, locked out of building multiple nights with faulty key cards and had to walk across town to the hotel that manages the apartments to have them re-coded. This place is a joke.

The apartment was excellent. A few quirky things to consider. Small elevator for one. But otherwise excellent. One big downside was the lack of instructions from Stage 12 hotel to get to the apartment and getting to stage 12 hotel in the first place. These instructions require significant attention.

It was a very nice apartment but there was no air conditioning which made our stay very uncomfortable. The apartment is also located in a very good location in the square at the old town but this also made it very loud especially having to sleep with the windows open for air. Overpriced for an apartment with no air!

Large apartment, kitchen reasonably well equipped. Clean. No (mechanical) ventilation in kitchen or bathroom. Noise from kids playing music in the street outside on weekend nights - were told that this had to be expected! Beware if you like to sleep also on weekend nights. Also, the reception were supposed to book a taxi for the morning of departure, but this never turned up.

Strange collection of furnishings and uncomfortable. Very loud outside at night, so sleeping is a bit of a challenge. The location is great-everything within easy walking distance.

5泊滞在しましたが、心地よく過ごせました。お部屋にキッチンと洗濯機もあり、我が家のように過ごせました。3日に1回くらいごみ収集してもらえるか、ゴミ出しの方法を教えてくれるとより良かったです。部屋のテレビがネットに接続できたのも良かったです。また利用したいと思いました。

The atmosphere of Old Town Innsbruck was enchanting. Being able to look out on all the town activity while peacefully enjoying a quiet stay in our room or being able to join the crowds with just a few steps and having the option is sitting at a cafe table just downstairs was a major plus. Dave, the owner of the cafe downstairs, was the shining star of our trip. He was amazing! While running a busy cafe, he took time to answer all our questions about the apartment, give recommendations and advice about the city, and even help concerning any issues with the apartment. Innsbruck is a hidden jewel of a city. The Golden Roof apartments are really spacious, in the center of activity, and very comfortable. Dave is an added bonus that made this trip really memorable and helped us get the most out of our fantastic stay in Innsbruck.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! The apartment had a comfy bed, was clean and in new condition, was extremely spacious, and had all kitchen amenities with even a washer. We really relaxed here. Our host was attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. The location couldn’t be better for all the tourist stuff, plus was near local transport. We took the train to Seefeld one day which was fun and quaint. Tons of great restaurants and shopping within an easy walk, and about a 15 minute walk to the central train station. Everything was perfect and I hardly ever say that about a hotel or apartment! Highly recommend!

旧市街にあり観光には便利な場所です。私たちの部屋は広場に面していなかったので静かでした。オーナーのAlfred-sanは人柄に良い日本びいき（？）で、観光スポットなどを親切に教えてくれました。チェックアウト後の荷物は、１Ｆのカフェで預かってくれました。

旧市街の中心にある居心地の良いアパートメント

フライトが遅れて少し遅いチェックインになりましたが、快くかつフレンドリーにチェックインして頂きました。宿の窓からはInnsbruck一番の名所である黄金の屋根が目の前で感激しました。また宿には冷蔵庫、洗濯機、食洗機などが設備され、広すぎるほど広い部屋と合わせてとても居心地の良いアパートメントでした

近代的アパート

旧市街の中心、500年前の歴史ある建物なのに、中は近代的で広くて清潔。宿主のフレッドは日本びいきで親切です。キッチンと道具と食器、電気ヒーター、オーブン、トースターにポット、食洗機、洗濯機。電子レンジなし。洗濯乾燥機なし。内側の部屋にしたので日が入らず暗かったのが残念でしたが、ともかく静かで良かったです。Wifi はちと弱いか。
