Really lovely hotel!

Hotel was beautifully located, we had a balcony bedroom with a phenomenal mountain view. Hotel and room were both really nicely furnished with a lovely atmosphere. The bed was super comfortable. Staff were friendly. The hotel had a really nice small bar downstairs with a great atmosphere and extremely good prices for drinks. The breakfast option was also great, with a really nice food selection and great attention to detail.

Pleasant overnight stay

A pleasant one-night stay just outside Innsbruck. The hotel was clean and the bed comfortable and there was a lovely mountain view from the balcony.

Zimmer war sauber und an sich schön. Die Betten jedoch zu hart und es gab keine Verdunklungsvorhänge. Dank der Lichterketten an jedem Balkon, die Tag und Nacht brennen, hatte man das gesamte Zimmer beleuchtet. Der eine Kellner beim Abendessen für alle Gäste war total überfordert (zu recht aber), sprach so gut wie nie und stellte alles wortlos hin und das Salatbuffet wurde pünktlich um 20 Uhr abgebaut (Anfang der 4 Gänge um 19 Uhr). Offiziell geht das Abendessen auch nur von 19-20 Uhr was frech ist. Während des Abendessen war eine Gabel zu wenig und wir suchten verzweifelt 10 Minuten Personal. Selbst die Rezeption war unbesetzt. Und der arme Kellner mal wieder im Weinlager neuen Wein holen (der sich im Garten befindet). Und nach den Gängen hatte ich noch Hunger. An sich kein Thema wäre das Salatbuffet noch da gewesen. Aber da es am Ende ja längst war, musste ich mit dem Hunger leben. Das Zimmer war auch sehr hellhörig, die Straße konnte man leider deutlich hören (trotz kleinem Ort) und der Aufzug war neben dem Zimmer direkt, jede Fahrt nahm man lautstark war. Dämmung ist wohl überbewertet. Und ebenfalls können die Zimmertüren von außen geöffnet werden wenn nicht abgeschlossen ist. Da geizt wohl jemand an neuen Schlössern bzw Griffen. Die Griffe passen zwar zum Charme, aber solche kann man auch holen die sich ohne Schlüssel eben nicht ganz runter drücken lassen. Alles in allem traurig für ein 3 Sterne Hotel und es sollte definitiv an einigen Punkten gearbeitet werden.

Es war ein kurzer Aufenthalt auf unserer Durchreise, aber genau das, was wir brauchten mit Kindern: Ein gemütliches Zimmer und ein sehr gutes, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Insbesondere das bereitgestellte Babybett war sehr süß eingerichtet und kostenlos - Top!

4x Erwachsene - 2 Nächte Wir fanden es echt cool, dass es alles so reibungslos und unproblematisch ablief. Was auch echt schön war, war die Ferienwohnung sehr groß. Besonders das Bad, aber auch die Betten waren toll. Es war alles echt sauber und richtig gemütlich. Und die Lage ist top. Man ist eigentlich direkt am gletscher und auch direkt in innsbruck. Also echt alles in allem sehr gelungen und super nette Leute. Zumindest das mädl an der Rezeption. Man hat sich direkt aufgenommen und wahrgenommen gefühlt....joa, das war unser Wort zum sonntag😊 einfach nur weiterzuempfehlen.

Eine Nacht im Stubaital

Wir waren eine Nacht auf der Durchreise im Hotel. Man ist am nächsten Morgen in fünf Minuten am Brenner. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter und alles sehr sauber. Uns hat die Einrichtung im alpenländischen Stil gefallen. Das Frühstücksbüffet hatte eine tolle Auswahl und war sehr lecker.

Not recommended, Charged twice for stay

Our stay at the hotel was acceptable, about what is to be expected from an Austian hotel, however our stay was soured by the fact that we were charged for our room at checkout, after having paid the whole price through hotels.com. We brought up the issue immediately when we noticed on the bill and were assured that the money would be returned. Two months and many phonecalls later, our money has still not been returned and the hotel now does not pick up their phone from out phone numbers! Definitely would not recommend as we find it unacceptable that the hotel refuses to deal with the situation!

Perfekte Zeit im Stubaital

Super schönes Zimmer. Alles sehr sauber. Tolles Essen (Frühstück mit toller, frischer Auswahl und sehr gutes Abendmenü). Saunabereich eher klein und noch nicht renoviert - somit sehr funktional.
