"A nice apartment, but given the high price, I was expecting everything to be perfect (the price was in comparison with a 5 star hotel). Good: - Check-in instructions - Modern aesthetics - Balcony - Central location - I could cast to the TV Not as good: - It was very light in the apartment at night, including in the bedroom, so I had to sleep with a mask - I was only given one large and one small towel for my 1,5 week stay Some additional things that could be improved: - Frying pan didn't work...

"The property was centrally located and easy to find. Instructions were sent prior to check in. Sadly, the condition was terrible. Bins left full, mould in the fridge and no working. Fans not working, bed hard.. The owner did swap this accommodation to a nicer property but it was very stressful on the first night. "

"When we arrived the whole apartment smelled of sewer, like there hadn’t been anyone in several weeks. After a few hours of running water intermittently and opening the window we could get the smell out. There was both a dishwasher and a washing machine but nowhere to hang wet clothes to dry. Hanging them on the (turned off) towel dryer in the bathroom made the clothes not dry at all in 2 days as the bathroom was always very, very humid.
