Wir fanden das ganze Hotel sehr schön. auch das Personal sehr zuvorkommen und Höfflich. Auch Wünsche wurden erfüllt.! Ich glaube ich kann mir das Urteil so erlauben, da ich selber im Hotel Wesen beschäftigt bin.. Danke noch einmal an die Hotel Leitung. Kommen gern wieder.!!! Sauberes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Schönes, geräumiges Zimmer. Großes Plus: Auf den Zimmern ist ein Wäschetrockner. Sehr praktisch für die Badesachen.

This property needs renovations AND staff training in customer service! I choose the hotel (not really a hotel) because of the area, location and all the positive reviews. But I can't understand the reviews. We made the most of it, but unfortunately, I would never recommend this hotel.

Frühstück + Abendessen wie auf dem Umschlagbahnhof

Die Einweisung an der Rezeption (Begrüßung wäre der falsche Begriff) bei der Ankunft hatte etwas vom Schalter an der Zulassungsstelle in den 90ern. Der "Frühstücksstundenslot" muss am Vorabend gewählt werden (8-9 oder 9-10 oder 10-11) entsprechend hektisch geht es im Restaurantbereich zu. Das Gleiche Abends entweder 17.30-19 oder 19-20.30. Auch hier entsprechende Hektik. Zimmer geräumig, freundlich und sauber. Großer Parkplatz, gute Lage zu einem schönen Strand. Seit sehr langer Zeit der schlechteste Kaffee, den ich in einem Hotel getrunken habe. Offenbar gibt es schlechte Erfahrungen, denn es waren alle Leistungen (Übernachtung, Abendessen) vorab zu bezahlen. Fazit: wer Essen im Urlaub nur als Nahrungsaufnahme sieht und dabei Hektik verträgt und all-you-can-eat ohne jede Gemütlichkeit mag, eine austeichende Wahl.

Die Rezeption war leider nie telefonisch erreichbar! Man ist auf das Buffet/Halbpension angewiesen, es sei denn man isst unterwegs, da nur eine Lokalität gegenüber, wo man nur bis 18-19 Uhr essen kann. Hotel liegt direkt am Strand mit 5 Gehminuten: Toll und abends schöne Sonnenuntergänge! Eine Bar war leider auch nicht vorhanden, wohl dem, der abends sein eigenes Getränk mit dabei hatte und damit im schönen Garten sitzen konnte 😉 Zimmer sind ganz toll! Und das Frühstücksbuffet hat geschmeckt (auch wenn man sich in einer Frühstücksliste uhrzeittechnisch am Vortag festlegen musste).

Der Aufenthalt im Inselhotel Poel beginnt auf dem eigenen Parkplatz und mit einem sehr professionellen, freundlichen und informativen Empfang durch die Gastgeber. Auch das gesamte übrige Personal des Hotels ist sehr gästeorientiert, hilfsbereit und immer voller Engagement. Ein mehr als reichhaltiges Frühstück und vor allem sehr schmackhaftes Abendessen vom Buffet sind besonders hervorzuheben. Hunde sind ebenfalls gern gesehene Hausgäste, die nähere und weitere Umgebung des Hotels bietet idealen Auslauf. Sonderwünsche der Gäste werden im Rahmen der vorhandenen Möglichkeiten problemlos erfüllt. Die Zimmer, sämtliche öffentliche Bereiche und der angenehm warme Innenpool werden mit großer Sorgfalt sehr sauber gehalten. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist als beispielhaft zu bezeichnen, wir werden das Hotel in Zukunft, wie auch schon in der Vergangenheit, immer wieder gerne als herausragende Urlaubsdestination in unsere Planungen einbeziehen.

Wir waren nur für eine Übernachtung hier. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir wurden ausführlich über den Ablauf, die Frühstückszeiten und die kostenlose Nutzung des Schwimmbades informiert. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, umfangreich und ließ keine Wünsche offen und es wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt.

hübsches Hotel sehr schönes, helles, freundliches, großzügiges Zimmer in modernen warmen Farben (absolut den Hotelfotos entsprechend) - Beleuchtung im Zimmer nicht so gut - am Eingang am Kleiderschrank ist gar kein Licht - keinerlei Hilfestellung beim Gepäck (nur Treppe, kein Lift vorhanden) - recht kurz angebunden an der Rezeption abgefertigt zwei Damen im Frühstücksservice waren echte Perlen - anderes Personal nicht besonders freundlich - Umweg zum Parkplatz, immer nur durch den Haupteingang möglich hübsch und liebevoll gestaltet - Zimmerreinigung muss man als Gast jedes Mal gesondert anfordern - man muss sich fix für 3 mögliche Frühstückszeiten anmelden und hat dann nur begrenzt Zeit; Flexibilität wäre wünschenswert - Bar/Aufenthaltsbereich abends könnte einladender sein; man kann nur recht ungemütlich in der Lobby sitzen im Zimmer ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten, Mini-Kühlschrank vorhanden und ausreichend Ablagefläche und Stauraum im Bad ist gut Platz vorhanden, sogar die Dusche bietet bequem Platz, Kosmetikspiegel, Duschhaube, Fön, Kosmetiktücher etc - alles da was man benötigt Insgesamt eine gute Wahl, empfehlenswert, ich würde wieder dort buchen
