"I called and texted multiple times for access to the room, as it states you have to reach out for information before check in. Nobody ever answered. I showed up to check in and nobody was there. "
"This property advise potential customers that the entire place is for you only and your guess. However, that is not the case! Beware! Its a scam. Its only 1 room and tour sharing with everyone who book that place. Still fighting to get my return!"
"I didn’t even stay there. First of all they didn’t even send any instructions in advance. Then they sent me to a different location. The room was in a three bedroom place which I wasn’t aware it’s a shared space. There was no heat (it was 40 degrees in NJ) no toiletries including toilet paper or towels or shampoo. I just left immediately and put a stop payment on my credit card charge. I’ve never had this experience before. "
"This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this."

"I went for a concert and it did what it needed to do! A brochure of the area and menu of the breakfast would be nice. It was dirty under the bed and tables were dirty and dusty. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly. It was a nice experience "
"We loved our stay at Tryp! Their shuttle to Penn Station was very convenient. It was also conveniently located near a cute park and restaurants. Our room had a lovely view! It felt very home-y and comfortable! Would definitely stay there again. "
