"Experience was fair, would like to highlight:
(1) Condition of room was slightly run down, e.g. towels and kettle were not clean and room lighting was dim;
(2) Staff could not really speak basic English and compared to other 4-star hotels in VN, they did not help us with our luggage;
(3) Hotel was surrounded by construction;
(4) Buffet breakfast spread was underwhelming in taste and variety.
