"It was alright. Considering this is the Grand Hyatt and we have been their patrons such as in the UAE/Dubai, India etc, we were quite disappointed. Check-in was good and though rooms looked dated. Housekeeping was good and prompt. Breakfast was terrible. Although our server Gilbert was excellent, the check in at the breakfast area was less said the better. Overall, I dont think we will go back to this hotel. "
