"O hotel é incrível e os funcionários no geral gentilíssimos. Estrutura de lazer invejável e ainda em ampliação, várias opções de alimentação, embora farta, a comida não tinha gosto. O ponto ruim fica pela parte de hospedagem: tivemos porta deixada aberta pela camareira, teia de aranha no teto e as toalhas estão no fim de vida, felpa inexistente e buracos eminentes."

"A family oriented resort, ideal if you are travelling with kids. Quality was excellent and the staff helpful with everything. The suites were very spacious and details like the safari and safari-like decoration all over the resort made the stay a beautiful adventure. "

"The room smelled really bad, like old and rancid. The bed sheets had a strong foul mothy smell like they haven’t been washed in months. The bathroom walls were dirty and stained. The balcony had no table or chairs. The tv is very small, very bad quality picture and no Netflix or cable. "

"We really enjoyed our long stay here. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were all very nice and helpful. George at the reception was extremely helpful and made us feel most welcomed!"

"O resort é incrível, o quarto é espaçoso e muito confortável. As piscinas são excelentes! A água no início das piscinas vem bem quente e eu adorei ficar na piscina mesmo no dia frio. O café da manhã e as refeições são regulares, não teve nada que nos surpreendesse, em relação a alimentação."

"O hotel está reestruturando a antiga propriedade. Já foi modernizada e reformada. Mas ainda há espaços sem utilização. A sauna precisa ser melhorada. E precisa de armários nos vestiários da piscina, até porque o hotel oferece day use. Os quartos são grandes e alguns modernizados. Vale a experiência por ser tão perto de São Paulo. Em junho, tem festa junina. Muito boa ."

"O Hotel em si é bom, porém a recepcionista foi super mal educada pois ela mesmo não sabia como era feitas as reservas pelo Hotels.com e nos disse que só tinha a reserva de um quarto, e não dois. Depois de ser bem grosseira, ela encontrou. Outro ponto é que como fomos a um show e chegamos já era de manhã, as pessoas que faziam o serviço para arrumar os quartos falavam extremamente alto, todos os meus amigos acordaram mesmo em quartos diferentes"
