"Lesson learned - Don't book a stay with a property that doesn't have a single person on-site or on-call to help. By the time we arrived our check-in email from the Guesthouse still had not arrived in our email inbox. This email is the only way in to your room, as it holds the lockbox code which holds your key. "We mostly like everything about the stay, apartment size, amenties, location and proximity to Interlaken OST station. We were disappointed by the attitude of the restaurant staff at the hotel, especially one male staff member who seemed particularly rude. Either the staff need etiquette training or English language training. “I don’t care” is how this male staff member reacted to a situation. I have never heard any hotel staff member , anywhere in the world."

"Check to make aure that the room you’re booking has air conditioning or not, especially in the summers. Not all rooms have air conditioning and it’s an extra charge to get an air conditioned room. There is no staff in the hotel at night. And the hotel doors are locked at 10pm. So if you need something, yoobasically on your own. Otherwise for a short stay this was the only hotel close to where i wanted to be and the stay was ok"

"It was great room and view very convenient to both Interlaken OST and West and shopping. We enjoyed the space and the lounge area. Staff was efficient. The view of the mountains was the best. The paragliders were right in front of the hotel. Of course there is no AC so it was very hot inspite of the fan."
