"Nice hotel close to town, with nice little restaurant in the lobby. Easy to get around town from. Staff was helpful in letting me change rooms when the wifi wasn’t great in my first room, which I greatly appreciated. Sofi at the front desk was incredibly nice and helpful in answering questions and offering advice."

"It's good just for sleeping if you have a long lay over. Room is okay however no TV, no soap and shampoo. It's just the room and bed. No safe as well for important stuff. "

I showed them Hotels.Com booking confirmation but they insisted that they did not received any emails from Hotels.Com on my booking.
