"I was nervous to stay here after reading negative reviews, but I’m glad I ignored them! We stayed in the second floor for 3 nights; the hotel was in a GREAT location, NO ISSUES with parking the whole weekend, the staff was SUPER friendly (seriously every person we encountered greeted us kindly), the entire hotel was spotless and smelled clean, it was quiet, the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on, I ordered DoorDash all 3 nights and never had a problem, we even had WARM TOWELS delivered to our room when we requested more. I will absolutely stay here again, thank you Precious and Adam for being so lovely when we checked in!!"

"TownePlace was excellent! We arrived at 8 a.m., and Andrew at the front desk kindly offered us an early check-in option. Since it was well before their usual early check-in time, there was a small $40 fee—which we were happy to pay, as our kids were exhausted after a long flight. The room was clean, the pool was a blast, the drinks at the pool bar were great, and the onsite laundry was super convenient. There are plenty of food options nearby, including several just a minute’s walk away. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "
