I stayed october 28th,.. my flight was delayed and I could not be on time at Elmira so I arrived 6 am in the morning at this time I lost my reservation too but I called the hotel and I dont remenber the name of a woman who got my call , I explained everything and she said come I will help you ..i was up all night it was cold .. and she was an angel I hope she gets this message .. she helped me and gave me the best service , experience ever .. sometimes somewhere we find angels ... I found one. "

"The view of Seneca lake is priceless /spectacular. The room was spotless, and the bed was comfy- had everything you need. There are 3 different levels that provide views to the lake. I think I would have liked the balconies best but I chose the suite which was nice. Note this is an older hotel that has been remodeled, and I found no issues at all. There is no room service or phone in the room. It is a quiet area with food options about 6-10 minutes away in the main area of town. everything was closeby."

"We had a wonderful time in the Finger lakes area and our room at Glenora Inn was amazing. The view of the vines growing was super cool! A very relaxed atmosphere and the entire staff was so welcoming. We loved the cozy little fireplace in our room and enjoyed our welcome bottle of wine in our refrigerator. It was fun wine tasting there and afterwords enjoyed buying our favorite bottle of wine and bringing it out to the patio and enjoyed delicious snacks with a great view. We would absolutely stay there again. Loved everything about it!"

"We had an excellent stay at the Quality Inn Horsehead. The rooms were clean and spacious, and included a small fridge and microwave oven. The bathroom was nice, with daily-use toiletries. The breakfast far exceeded our expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would give a 10 out of 10."
