Doors were held, quick check in, assistance with luggage and car seats (3 bags, 2 car seats), and friendly interactions with our kids. The entire facility was clean, professional staff, and overall a great experience. Highly recommend staying here."

"I came for medical test at UCLA and my experience was that I wasn't informed of the $15 parking fee to park on the street in a handicap spot with my placard. The room had this pungent smell. Like a very musty smell. Old man smell. Then in the bathroom the toilet appeared clean until seat lifted and the toilet seat and the whole rim of the toilet was crusted with a #2 explosion and a palm spot on the bathroom door. Otherwise it was quiet and very respectful. I would lean more towards my visit experience with the bathroom was most likely an oversight, not their normal. The carpet for sure needs attention and I'm taken aback with the parking. Im on 24hr oxygen so I also may be hypersensitive to the odors."

"The photos were misleading. Multiple things were broken; faucets, hair dryer, and the toilet kept clogging. Honestly half of the staff did not speak English but we're still nice. The bed was comfortable and they had breakfast but the breakfast is definitely very basic. Nothing fancy. But at the end of the day it's a place to rest and it was ok."
