"A fantastic family holiday. The staff and management were outstanding — always professional, kind, and attentive, which really made the experience special. Food was a highlight: the open buffet was impressive despite the crowds, and the à la carte restaurants added variety and quality. The sea is nice (though we’ve seen even better in the Aegean), but the service more than makes up for it. This is very much a family place rather than for couples seeking a romantic escape. For our 25th anniversary, they surprised us with an upgrade from the standard Contessina Hotel to Contessina Suites and Spa and gave us a room with our own private pool, it was absolutely amazing. They also welcomed us with a bottle of wine and provided several great discounts throughout the hotel. The included breakfast was a highlight, with fresh-squeezed juices and a delicious spread I looked forward to every morning. But the best part? The staff who were all friendly, helpful, and genuinely courteous. Don’t even hesitate — stay here. Highly recommended!"
